The service. We provide private, transport-only chauffeur service to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. We do not sell attraction tickets and we do not cross into the United States. You are responsible for purchasing any admissions you choose at each gate.
Pricing. Rates are quoted flat per vehicle with 13% HST included. The quoted price covers the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel and waiting time for the booked duration. Additional hours or distance are quoted transparently before they're added.
Bookings. No deposit is required to reserve. Payment is arranged for the day of service. Your booking is confirmed when we reply to confirm your date, time and vehicle.
Conduct & safety. Passengers must wear seatbelts and follow the chauffeur's reasonable safety instructions. We reserve the right to end a tour without refund for unlawful or unsafe behaviour.
Liability. We are a licensed, insured carrier. We are not responsible for the operation, availability, pricing or weather-related closure of third-party attractions. Questions: hello@maidofthemisttour.com.
